With three international airports in the Orlando area alone, flying into Orlando is as convenient as it gets. Orlando International Airport (MCO) for example, is the 11th busiest airport in the United States, and 39th busiest airport in the world. Averaging over 126,000 passengers daily, through 422 flights serving 152 domestic and international locations, the airport reported an overall passenger growth of 6.41 percent in 2017, with a 5.71 percent growth in international travelers, resulting in over 44 million travelers in 2017.
Serving more than 28 Florida communities, and daily trains originating from New York and Miami, Amtrak is an affordable and relaxing mode of transportation to be considered. These Silver Service trains stop in downtown Orlando, Winter Park, and Kissimmee. Care to still bring your car? Amtrak also offers the Auto Train, servicing passengers and their vehicles daily between Lorton, Va, and Sanford, FL.
Coming soon is the new high-speed rail system between Miami and Orlando. When completed, passengers will be able to travel between here and Miami in as little as 3 hrs.
